Kaelan considers the true mark of success as finding something you love to do and in return offering it to others. Her appreciation of others transcends into building strong relationships by working passionately on each client’s mortgage loan process as if it was her own. Her passion for advising clients with outstanding customer service throughout the loan process is what sets her apart as a Mortgage Banker.
During the application process I will go over with the client the various loan programs Pilgrim offers. I always build a relationship with each of my customers to customize the loan process based on their specific needs. At Pilgrim, we go above and beyond to think outside the box and help people make their home ownership dream come true.
Originally from Falls City, Texas, Kaelan now calls New Braunfels home since graduating from Texas State University with a BBA in Marketing. When she isn’t working on mortgage loans, Kaelan enjoys playing sports, spending time with family and friends, and traveling.
